01 · Facility histories

An upsize needs two numbers.

Vantage announced two different transactions in June 2025: construction debt for New Albany and an increase to a corporate facility. The corporate amendment added $2.75bn to a $3bn commitment, producing a $5.75bn facility. The increment and the resulting capacity are two descriptions of one amendment.

DataBank’s October 2025 construction facility similarly increased from $725m to $1.6bn. The difference is $875m. Neither the resulting commitment nor the arithmetic increment establishes how much was drawn.

02 · Project notes

A coupon leaves questions open.

Yondr’s public investor-relations page confirms that Yondr JK 1, LLC issued $715m of 6.875% senior secured notes on 30 June 2026. The earlier pricing announcement describes funding part of the construction of a 48MW critical-IT project in Loudoun County, together with reserves and fees.

The nominal coupon is a checked term. It is not a complete borrower financing cost: the public material does not supply the full dated amortisation, issue-price, fee and reserve schedule. Confidential investor material was not accessed. The project link establishes stated purpose; it does not verify completion or energisation.

03 · Power & delivery

Credit support is one part of securing power.

Yondr’s June 2026 disclosure describes a global letter-of-credit facility supporting utility security requirements. That purpose is relevant to development bankability, but no commitment amount, reserved megawatts or named grid connection is established by the announcement.

We classify the facility as contingent credit and retain the amount as unknown. We do not add it to funded borrowing or infer a project-level power allocation.

Coverage & open work

What this edition establishes.

Twelve additional financing observations cover six new operator platforms, including eleven debt events and one contingent LC facility. Seven named project connections are added. This expands data-centre financing coverage; it does not claim twelve additional GPU equipment loans.

The 90 original source rows and their canonical mappings remain intact. The 54 inherited records that have not been rechecked remain labelled. We do not claim a complete financing universe, current drawn balances or an all-in debt-cost index.

Further work includes reconciling facility amendments, checking inherited sources and obtaining complete pricing and repayment inputs. An inaccessible Vantage development-facility page and grouped capital-raise figures remain in the private research queue.
