When AI infrastructure debt comes due.

The maturity calendar for the public debt behind data centres, GPU fleets and neoclouds. Each entry gives the anticipated repayment date or final maturity, the face amount and the filing it comes from. Filter by instrument, region or name, and tap any row for the detail.

The maturity wall

Original financing amounts grouped by due year, in approximate US$bn. These are historical closing amounts, not current balances or a forecast of refinancing need. Non-USD conversions have no documented valuation date and are illustrative. Select a bar to filter the year.

Reading the dates

Four kinds of due date

  • Final maturity. The date the loan or bond must be repaid in full. Many GPU loans amortise to this date from cash under the customer contract, so the balance left at maturity can be small.
  • ARD (anticipated repayment date). Data centre ABS and some CMBS are expected to be refinanced on this date. If they are not, the documents usually add a post-ARD step-up in interest and sweep cash to principal. The rated final maturity is decades later.
  • Fully extended maturity. The last date if every extension option is used, common in floating-rate CMBS.
  • Indicative. Where only the legal final of an ABS series is public, the calendar shows closing plus five years, the ARD used in most filed data centre ABS (Stack, Centersquare, Vantage, DataBank, QTS, Aligned, CyrusOne). These estimates are off by default; use the toggle above to include them.

Method

What is in and what is not

The calendar contains 274 maturity observations from 250 financing descriptions, covering transactions since 2015. This selected calendar includes supplied observations with stated, tenor-derived or indicative dates from October 2026 onward; coverage is incomplete and has not been independently reverified in full. Hyperscaler corporate bonds are left out. Multi-tranche bonds appear once per tranche; where the split by tranche is not public the amount shows as not public and is left out of the chart.

The calendar is a separate editorial snapshot and is not a reconciliation of every record in the live Deals register. Some financings have no publicly disclosed maturity. Dates are as at closing. A facility may since have been prepaid, refinanced, extended or amended. If you see an error or a missing deal, send a correction.
