This public edition

The public website includes browsable financing, operator and project tables, a methodology guide and an illustrative calculator. The underlying database, original source files, raw imported rows and release packages have no public download routes.

Calculator inputs

The calculator runs locally in your browser. Its inputs are not submitted to the website, and this edition does not save them in browser storage. This public edition provides no bulk export controls.

Website services

This edition adds no marketing analytics or enquiry forms. Browsing the data tables uses a short-lived, necessary browsing cookie and server request counters to limit bulk collection. Counter keys use a keyed hash of the network address; raw network addresses are not stored in this counter table. Counters expire by window, with expired entries removed during traffic-driven cleanup. The hosting service may process connection information and service logs. Public browsing is not log-free.

Research access

The separate research workspace requires authorised access. The sign-in link does not create an account or grant access to restricted files. Public browsing is anonymous, subject to request limits. Visible information can be copied; these controls deter bulk access and do not guarantee that scraping is impossible.
