Investment-grade sizing DSCR
A debt-sizing coverage assumption applied to cash flows attributed to an investment-grade counterparty under a particular methodology.
Why the distinction matters
Confirm the applicable rating, payer, contract eligibility and stress assumptions. It is not a universal market threshold or a rating for the project itself.
