Intercreditor agreement
An agreement allocating rights among creditor groups, including payment priority, enforcement control and standstill arrangements.
Why the distinction matters
Read who can instruct enforcement and how proceeds are shared. A senior label without the entity and collateral map is an incomplete description of priority.
