Cash flow available for debt service (CFADS)
Cash left for debt payments after the operating costs, taxes and other deductions specified by the model or financing documents.
Why the distinction matters
Track working capital, maintenance capital spending and power costs explicitly. Revenue and EBITDA are not substitutes for the actual cash definition.
